Blogging here and there through the 75Hard Challenge
Yesterday was my first full post-Whole30 day of 75Hard. It was day 31 and felt a lot like day 30.
That said, there were a few thoughts that started creeping in about how I could start changing my diet plan since I’m done with the Whole30.
This inner dialogue hinted at what my true real challenge will be. Yes, it will be difficult to finish all 75 days of the 75Hard, but what will be even more difficult is maintaining good eating and exercise habits once the challenge is over.
I can do anything for 30 days. I’ve proven that fact time and time again.
Now, I’m testing my mettle at doing something for 75 days.
The next challenge is this: How will I eat and exercise for the rest of my life? In the ‘in between’?
That is the true challenge.
My health and fitness cannot consist of taking one challenge after another while eating and drinking like a monster in between. Not to mention neglecting exercise.
I’ve got to live in a way that honors my future self and the future selves of those I love and care for. Period.
