Sounds exciting doesn’t it?
Sounds like effort. It sounds like spreadsheets and goal charts and too much thought.
I agree, but it also sounds like a few other things.
Living the prioritized life sounds like purpose.
It sounds like intentionality.
It sounds like focusing on the important.
It sounds, to me, like a life well-lived.
And if that is what you want to be able to look back on the years you spent on this earth and be able to say, “Man… I made some mistakes, but overall, I loved the people God gave me to love. I did the things that were in my heart. My life meant a lot to a few people rather than a very little to a a bunch of people I hardly know…. ”
…then living a prioritized life just might be worth it.
What’s important to you?
If I followed you around for a few days, would I be able to figure it out on my own?
I think you would see my priorities but it may not appear to be as intentional as I would like. Long-term goals may not be as evident as I get caught up in being “busy” a lot more than I would like.
I resemble that remark!
