Have You (Really) Given It Your All?

This question is vital to ask when we’re thinking about quitting anything.

The same qquestion is vital to ask when we’re complaining about the results we’re getting when we think we’ve been trying to make some sort of change.

It’s also a question we should consider when we lose in a competition.

Frankly, we should also ask this question if we receive criticism for our performance.

We need to be honest with our answer.

We need to ferret out excuses.

We need to start here every time we experience some sort of disappointment or are considering cutting our losses and moving on.

Have I really given it my all?

Have I left it all out on the field?

Have I made all the phone calls?

Have I really eaten according to my plan?

Have I really given my workouts my max effort?

Have I really studied hard enough?

Have I really served unselfishly?

Have I really executed according to the process?

Have I raised my performance to the standard?

Have I? Really?
