I’m still feeling pretty good. Eating Whole30 for my diet and combining a simple outdoor cardio workout in the morning with strength training or yoga at night. Energy is increasing.
The problem I have to conquer is my use of time. I do a good job of getting up early to knock out my outside workout, but my evening workout has been drifting later because I’m getting home later from work. That can affect my time to bed. Vicious cycle.
I must use leverage at work – attack strategic priorities and vital functions early and hard so that I can be more effective and leave at a decent time to knock out the second workout of the day.
