I finished the 30 Day Yoga With Adriene program (Breath) and was excited to get into the weight room.
I absolutely loved the yoga practice for 30 days and will continue to keep a 3-5 day practice of some sort, but I also want to work on my strength conditioning. Flexibility and mobility is priority, but strength is a very close second place.
