3 Simple Ways to Boost Your Health – No Kale Involved

I’m not a big fan of kale.  I’m on Jim Gaffigan’s side as far as this weedy lettucy cabbagy thing goes (google Jim Gaffigan + kale and watch what comes up).
That’s one of the biggest reasons I love today’s 7 Day Challenge video featuring Dr. Josh Axe.

(Chances are if you’ve ever Googled anything related to holistic health and natural medicine, you’ve been directed to Dr. Josh Axe’s website, along with the rest of its 6 million monthly visitors.)

I love this video because he offers up a breakfast smoothie recipe in which you put absolutely zero kale. I thought smoothies were all supposed to be kale delivery devices!

This smoothie recipe is a small component of three super simple strategies to change the trajectory of your health.

I can complicate things. I can complicate my approach to eating. I can complicate my exercise routines. I can complicate the routines designed to improve my spiritual and mental health.  Don’t tell anybody, but I have a daily routine spreadsheet that has over 20 items.  It’s exhausting. I typically get through 4-7 of them. The rest of the list stares at me with disdain.
